NORTON COMMONS SENIOR PORTRAIT SESSION LOUISVILLE KY
ANNA
Norton Commons reminded Anna of the elegance of Europe so of course we had to take her senior portraits there.
You see, last summer, Anna traveled abroad with 40+ students to Spain and Italy from Eastern High School and Ballard High School in Louisville, Kentucky.
While she was there she discovered a love for being in other cultures.
In Madrid, she discovered the old palaces of royals past.
In Barcelona, she traversed the streets of Las Ramblas, Gaudi’s influence taking her eyes upward.
In Rome, she snuck down alleyways filled with interesting shops and unique pasta.
She even threw a coin in the Trevi Fountain, guaranteeing her return.
Finally, she explored the ruins of Pompeii and swam in the Mediterranean off the island of Capri.
To say it mildly, she grew into the beautiful young woman you see below.
When we arrived to Norton Commons, Anna realized she had left her jewelry at home.
Her mother graciously drove the 15 miles roundtrip and we began her session.
While Julie drove, Anna and I walked amongst the flowers and greenery of Norton Commons Boulevard.
Smiling the entire time, Anna twirled and smiled throughout.
Her energy is contagious and I’m so grateful to know her as more than just a student.
The persistence and continued joy she brings to every situation is something she should be very proud of.
We’re so excited for her to start her life’s journey.
And to hear about all the places she’ll go.
